Want to get Your foot in the door of the fitness world? This challenge will gently introduce You to the idea of using incline & Your own body as resistance. Before You start, you should already be able to walk for 20-30 minutes at a comfortable pace. How do You eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Our Challenges invite You to Walk, Hike or Run for about 1 Mile, or less, per day for a total of 20-30 miles at the end of the month! Think about it, that's only 1.5 Miles every other day; or 2 Miles, 3-4 Times a Week. Break it up any way you like! The Goal is to not become discouraged by what yet lies before us, but to keep moving forward, one foot in front of the other. We don't look up when climbing the stairs, or we'd lose our balance and trip. Instead, let me encourage you to focus on the very steps you are taking now, and enjoy the view from the top.
